This is a phrase I use often, and it is usually aimed at businesses. If you don’t like that, I can’t imagine a more appropriate one for the self-awareness industry.

A reliable enterprise is one that is so good at what it does that it can work anywhere. It could be a car wash, a restaurant, an office, an insurance company, whatever. A reliable business is built on the idea that it’s successful because it’s built on a foundation of good people who have the right skills and attitude and a good idea. The problem is that some people don’t have the right skills or attitude. The problem is that some people don’t have a good idea.

The problem is that people like to complain about others. They like to complain about other people because they have no incentive to do anything about their own situation. But people like to complain about other people in order to be able to complain about themselves.

The problem with complaining is that it is what we do, not what we are. So when we complain, we are not really complaining, because we are not really complaining.
